Phew.
The wait's pretty torturing, especially when I have practically nothing (much) to do, and stumble upon study abroad/exchange blogs by random people in cyberspace and read about how fun and awesome exchange programmes usually are.
Also, "getting down to business" like preparing checklists on packing/what to do when I'm there kinda make me feel like I wanna fly off tomorrow. Lol.
Anyways, as much as I think it's a fairly long wait till the day I fly off, I know that time's gonna FLY and I'll be struggling to finish packing before I know it.
I have a few things in mind that I hope to achieve when I'm there:
1. Meet friends from all over the world. (Though I fully understand that it's not possible to click with everyone.)
2. Throw myself out of my comfort zone, i.e. just open my mouth and talk to everyone/anyone and see how it goes.
3. Learn to cook heehee. (So I did home science in school and whipped up a few dishes. Sad to say, I've long forgotten how to.)
4. Participate in as many clubs/societies as possible. (For the sake of learning and well, meeting new people! :D)
5. Keep (and maintain) a travel journal. Hopefully I'll be able to travel to other parts of Europe.
6. Grow more spiritually. Encounters with God?

On another note, the irony of all these, sometimes I think, is that I don't even know if I will find myself breathing tomorrow morning (or noon), when I wake up. Perhaps I won't even have the chance to achieve all those goals. (Pessimist/Realist much? Hmm.)
Regardless, I thank God for every single breath I've had, am having, and will have. If I am so fortunate and everything goes smoothly, then YAY :)
I'll probably come up with a longer (or shorter, depends on my mood then) post when the time's near haha. Till then!
